Twice recently I’ve had Taco Bell at night and then I had a phenomenal training run the next day, which surprised me. To be fair, I didn’t feel all that great the morning I used it. My head hurt, I had run really hard the night before, and my stomach was feeling odd. I ran strong the whole way back so that’s a testament to this being a solid product. A little caffeine boost, too (25 mg). I’d run the night before and was doing six miles on a lunch run and felt as fresh as if I’d had a day off.
